What are marine ecosystems?

Marine ecosystems are diverse environments in the ocean, such as coral reefs, mangroves, seagrass meadows, and deep-sea habitats

What are seagrass meadows?

Seagrass meadows are underwater ecosystems formed by seagrass plants that grow in shallow coastal waters, providing habitat, food, and nursery grounds for a variety of marine life.


What are coral reefs?

Coral reefs are diverse underwater ecosystems made up of colonies of corals polyps that build calcium carbonate structures.
