Where are camel spiders found in India?
Camel spiders are found in deserts and other arid regions across India.
What are the hunting strategies of camel spiders?
Camel spiders rely on their speed and strong jaws to hunt and chase preys. They mostly hunt at night and they detect prey with sensory hair and leg-like sensors. They liquefy their prey with digestive fluids before feeding on them.
What are the other names of camel spiders?
'Ferrari of the Kalahari', wind scorpions, beard cutter and sun spiders are among the other names of camel spiders.
