Where do steppe eagles migrate?

Steppe Eagle breed across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and China, and migrate to East Africa, the Middle East, and South and Southeast Asia, including India.

What do steppe eagles eat?

They mainly feed on small burrowing mammals like ground squirrels, voles, and pikas, but also eat reptiles, insects, birds, and carrion.

How can you identify a Steppe Eagle?

It has rich brown plumage, very wide wings (up to 214 cm), a long gape line extending beyond the eye, and legs feathered down to the toes.
