Where is the Jeypore ground gecko found? 

It is endemic to the Eastern Ghats. It is found in a few small hilly patches of the Ghats in southern Odisha and northern Andhra Pradesh

What is the IUCN status of the Jeypore ground gecko? 

Endangered on the IUCN Red List

What is the preferred habitat of the Jeypore ground gecko?

Semi-evergreen forests above 1000 m, coffee plantations.
